Recently Corey moved back home to be near his family and friends and turned his live toward God, wanting to do good works in this world.

He moved to the Dallas/Fort Worth area and worked in the insurance industry. After his tour, he finished his Bachelor of Science degree at ISU on May 8, 2010.Ĭorey worked for a number of years in the world of finance in the Des Moines. He was called to active duty and served a tour in Iraq in 2008.

He enrolled in the Marine Corp as a reservist in 2006 and returned to ISU after Basic Training in the Spring of 2006. In 2004, Corey transferred to Iowa State University and began his studies in Finance and Marketing. He received many accolades and was named Male Athlete of the Year.

His freshman year he attended Northwest Missouri State University where he played football as a kicker. Ever since Corey was a young kid, he would always round up neighborhood kids and play any sport – everyone had fun.Ĭorey graduated from Dowling High School in 2004.
